Nina is a Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience. She earned her bachelorâ€™s degree from Michigan State University in Psychology, and her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Nova University. Her areas of expertise include interpersonal communication, anxiety, depression, trauma resolution, ADHD, coping skills, addiction/recovery, stress management, relationship issues, emotion regulation and phase of life problems.Â
As former Clinical Director of the Sunrise Detox Center located in Lake Worth Florida Nina genuinely wants to see the clients overcome their addictions and co-occurring disorders. Nina is comfortable discussing deeply personal issues, inner turmoil from family conflict to fear of seeking further treatment. Whatever the case her goal is to make sure each clientâ€™s emotional needs are met. Nina takes a personal interest in each client and enjoys providing supervision to other clinicians entering the field.
Sheri Bhirdo, LSW
Sheri is a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey. She completed her masterâ€™s degree in Clinical Social Work at New York University. Sheri has direct clinical experience in working with teens, families, couples, adults, and the veteran population. Over the past two years, Sheri has been focused working closely with clients who experience co-occurring mental health and addiction disorders.
Sheri has specialized training in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is also a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and holds a certification in Reiki â€“ first and second degree. Sheri also has experience in research, collaborating with Rutgers University, who were investigating the effectiveness of mindfulness and its impact on middle school children. Sheri also has experience in curriculum writing, helping co-write a parenting curriculum in collaboration with Rios & Associates, LLC. & EmpowerU.Â Â
Although Sheri incorporates her specialties into her work with clients, she believes in approaching client care with an eclectic approach. Molly Rendina, LMHC
Molly holds a Masterâ€™s degree in Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. Mollyâ€™s experience in the mental health field has been in is extensive, spanning both residential and outpatient treatment centers. She loves working with clients individually but has plenty of experience facilitating groups, doing couples therapy, and working with the adolescent population

Morgan is an experienced mental health clinician, having earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rider University she has specialized in both mental health and addiction treatment since 2014. As the Clinical Director of a drug and alcohol detox center, she strives to ensure patients comfortably complete detox and have the best possible aftercare plan in place, always finding what she believes will give the client the best chance of long-term success.Â
Morgan believes with proper treatment, a well thought out and executed plan, and a solid support network recovery is possible for everyone.Â Morgans motivation to continue in the field is â€œdue to the current trend of addiction and the age group that this disease encompasses, I want to be a part of the solution and not the problem or stigma.â€Â I feel like by just actively listening, providing guidance and support she can motivate change in some of the most unmotivated cases she has treated.
