Matt Baker, LAC, LCADC, NCC

Matthew is a Licensed Associate Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. He is also a Nationally Certified Counselor. He has experience in the mental health field in addition to the addiction industry. Matthew earned his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Kean University. He has worked in agency settings, court settings, as well as private practice. Through experience and specialized training, he takes a solution-focused approach while utilizing mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. These techniques have been proven to be effective in treating issues related to mental health disorders, addictions, and relationship issues.   

Matthew has worked with clients who struggle with Depression, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Couples, Parenting Issues, Addictions, and other mental health issues. Matthew is an optimist at heart and is passionate about being a psychotherapist. He believes that a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship helps his clients to alleviate symptoms and achieve goals that were once seen as unattainable.  

Molly Rendina, M. Ed, LMHC

Molly holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. Molly’s experience in the mental health field has been in is extensive, spanning both residential and outpatient treatment centers. She loves working with clients individually but has plenty of experience facilitating groups, doing couples therapy, and working with the adolescent population

Molly has significant background in treating addictions, mood disorders, eating disorders, clinical depression, and generalized anxiety. Molly helps her client become motivated for change and have better self-confidence and self-esteem. She’s been described as a rock of support through these difficult transition periods.

Setting small easy to achieve goals is an important first step in making changes in life, Molly will assist in defining those goals and setting a benchmark for success. “The goal in therapy is to help clients identify patterns of behavior that may no longer be serving them and to assist in gaining the skills necessary to sustain long-term change.” Molly provides space to speak openly and honestly safely.

Robert White, DNP, APN, BC

Being educated through BSN Trenton State College, MSN The College of New Jersey, Two post-masters Rutgers University, DNP Rutgers University, Dr. White’s experience is unparalleled in treating addiction, mental health, and addiction disorders.

In addition to an Advisory position with Behavioral Health Anywhere, Rob continues to work in his private practice in New Jersey. Robert White also provides consultant services in a variety of psychiatric and substance abuse settings related to operations, regulatory policy, and delivery systems.

Prior to Rowan University Dr. White has held appointment at UMDNJ and then Rutgers University teaching undergraduate and graduate courses. 

He is also a member of the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International as well as holding a national board certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

 

Morgan Rossner, MA, LPC, LCADC, NCC

Morgan is an experienced mental health clinician, having earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rider University she has specialized in both mental health and addiction treatment since 2014. As the Clinical Director of a drug and alcohol detox center, she strives to ensure patients comfortably complete detox and have the best possible aftercare plan in place, always finding what she believes will give the client the best chance of long-term success. 

Morgan believes with proper treatment, a well thought out and executed plan, and a solid support network recovery is possible for everyone.  Morgans motivation to continue in the field is “due to the current trend of addiction and the age group that this disease encompasses, I want to be a part of the solution and not the problem or stigma.”  I feel like by just actively listening, providing guidance and support she can motivate change in some of the most unmotivated cases she has treated.
